Po Sum On is a traditional, ancient Chinese remedy commonly used for improving circulation, warming up tight and stiff muscles, body aches, and pain from arthritis. Great to use either before or after exercise to warm up achy muscles and joints! Also temporarily relieves headache pain from neck and shoulder tension. Smells like peppermint and cinnamon, in the form of a liquid oil. Massage into the area to apply for deep, penetrating relief. For external use only (keep away from eyes, cuts, and broken skin). May be applied up to 3-4 times a day.
Ingredients: Active: Menthol 15%
Inactive: Skullcap, Chinese licorice root, cinnamon oil, dragon's blood oil (xue-ji herb), peppermint oil, and tea tree oil.
